By using LaunchProof, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

LaunchProof runs automated tests on web addresses you provide and returns a report covering things like broken links, errors, mobile and desktop rendering, accessibility, and safe security checks.

Acceptable use

You may test only sites that you own or have clear permission to test. You agree not to use the service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any site, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. A report is for your information and is not a guarantee that a site is free of errors or fully secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LaunchProof is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the service and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
